ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN THE MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Ladd Marek) * WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
one acre of land in the city's industrial park for $6,000.00,
and
WHEREAS, the property is located south of Gemeni Drive and
therefore not in the recorded plat of the industrial park, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the offer from
Mr. Ladd Marek be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer by Mr. Ladd Marek to
purchase one acre of land adjacent to the recorded plat of
Muskego's industrial park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be author-
ized to execute the necessary documents after approval by the
City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to have a
certified survey map of the land being sold prepared by the
Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke.
