AUTHORIZING ADDITIONS TO THE CITY HALL
LIBRARY CONTRACT
-? WHEREAS, the Building Committee, after consultation with the
architect, has determined that it would be in the best interest
of the city to install carpeting throughout the first floor
of the city hall-library as well as the lounge with the exception
of the lobby and hallways, and
WHEREAS, they have also recmended that grading of the site
is necessary, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the estimated additional
cost for carpeting would be $4500.00 and for grading approximately
$2500.00,
E.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Building
Cmittee and approve of the installation of carpeting throughout
the city hall-library other than the lobby and hall area at a
cost of $4500.00 and the rough grading of the city hall-library
site at a cost not to exceed $3000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architect is directed to order
the carpeting and the Public Works Committee is directed to
order the rough grading.
