0, DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
To AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
w WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for the rezoning of a 9-acre parcel of land adjacent
to the civic center site from RS2 to RSM with an OPD overlay,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
planned development subject to a limitation of 70 units as
well as the rezoning of the property to RSM with an OPD overlay,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the rezoning of nine (9) acres
of city-owned land adjacent to the civic center site from RS2
to RSM with an OPD overlay.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed to
prepare the necessary change in the Zoning Ordinance subject
to action by the Plan Commission on the sale of the land.
