DENYING THE REQUEST TO AMEND THE TEXT OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Camping Facilities in OLR Dist.)
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received * a petition to change the text of Zoning Ordinance to permit
camping facilities as a conditional use in the OLR Districts,
and
WHEREAS, the P1a.n Commission has recommended that the proposed
change in the text of the Zoning Ordinance be denied,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, deny the petition to change the text of the Zoning
Ordinance to permit camping facilities as a conditional use in
an OLR District.
