AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR INSTALLATION
OF SANITARY SEWERS IN HILLENDALE HEIGHTS AND
HI-Y RANCHES AREA
(Projects MSS-1-72 and MSS-2-72)
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the installation of sanitary
sewers in the Hillendale Heights and Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision area
are nearly complete and ready for bidding, and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary to hold a public hearing for said
project , and
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, require Common
Council authorization before advertising for any bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conrmon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Consulting Engineering Firm of
Ruekert & Mielke to advertise for bids for sanitary sewer instal-
lation in the Hillendale Heights and Hi-Y Ranch Subdivision area,
Projects MSS-1-72 and MSS-2-72.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date to present the
plans to the public shall be held on June 14, 1972, at 8:OO P.M.
