INDICATING THE CITY'S INTENT TO PERMTT CONECTION
INTO ITS MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM
(Pioneer Centre)
-. - WHEREAS, the development by Don W. Kilps of a nine-acre parcel
of land owned by the city is presently being considered by the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the proposed development has been given tentative
approval by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, final approval will be dependent upon the ability to
serve the area with municipal sewers, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
proposed Pioneer Centre development be served by the city's
municipal sewer system to the 65% limitation as provided for in
Resolution 11221-71,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby declare its intent to permit the development
known as Pioneer Centre to be served by the city's municipal
sewer system to the 65% development limitation.
