INDICATING THE CITY'S INTENT TO PERMIT CONNECTION
INTO ITS MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM
(St. Leonzrd's)
WHEREAS, St. Leonard's Congregation has submitted a preliminary
plat of a proposed subdivision to the city which would have to
be served by municipal sewers, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has deferred approval of the pre-
liminary plat subject to the Council's decision regarding that
subdivision's connection into the city's sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that this
permission be granted subject to the 65% limitation as established
by the Council in Resolution $1220-71,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby declare its intent to permit the connection
of St. Leonard's Subdivision into the city's municipal sewer
system.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that this permission is limited to the
development of 65% of the proposed subdivision.
