INDICATING THE CITY'S INTENT TO PERMIT CONNECTION
INTO ITS MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM
(F. Narlock)
WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Narlock has petitioned the Council to rezone
his property from RS-1 to RS-2 for the purpose of subdivision
development , and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has deferred action on his request
pending a decision by the Council regarding the possibility of
connection into the city's sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that the owner be
advised that he will be allowed to connect into the city's
sewer system to the extent that no more than twenty (20) lots
will be served,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby declare its intent to permit up to twenty
(20) lots for the proposed Narlock development to be served by
the city's municipal sewer system.
