DECLARING THE CITY'S INTENT TD APPROVE THE USE OF
ASSESSMENT "B" BONDS FOR PRIVATE
DEVELOPERS
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a request from Rite Realty Company for permission to finance
Durham Meadows and Hale Park Meadows by Special Assessment "B"
Bonds, and
WHEREAS, it would appear that by granting this request the city
would receive a substantial amount of money in additional shared
taxes, and
WHEREAS, the city's financial consultants Ehlers & Associates
have concurred that Muskego could gain substantial shared taxes
in approving this request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the Ci-ty-of
Muskego does hereby approve of the request of Rite Realty Company
for financing Durham Meadows and Hale Park Meadows by the Special
Assessment "B" Bond method.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee and the City
Attorney and financial consultants Ehlers & Associates are auth-
orized to develop the necessary agreements between the city and
the developers and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee is directed
to make periodic reports to the Council on all aspects of this
proposal.
