RESOLUTION DISALLOWING CLAIM OF JACK PRlNClPATl
WHEREAS, Notice of Claim and Claim are filed with the
City on behalf of Jack Principati,
BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the advice of the City's
insurance carrier and the City Attorney, that said claim be and
is disallowed for the reason that it does appear that there is
no liability on the part of the City,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Clerk shall cause to
be served upon the claimant notice of this disallowance at his
last post 'office address; said notice to be served by a pol ice
officer; that a copy of the notice of disallowance be mailed to
claimant's attorney by registered mail. n
