ACCEPTING THE LOW QUOTATION FOR INSTALLATION
OF SEWER CONNECTION
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee had been authorized to
obtain quotations for the installation of sewer connection
to a residence building located at W180 S7785 Pioneer Dr.,
and
WHEREAS, the following quotations have been received:
Ed Zidar
John Lang
and
$ 580.00
675.00
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the low quotation of Ed Zidar in the amount of $580.00 be
accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low quotation of Ed Zidar
in the amount of $580.00 for the installation of sewer
connection to a residence building located at W180 S7785
Pioneer Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary contract in the name of the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance is predicated upon
the completion of the project within 30 days.
