APPROVAL OF ADDITION TO MUSKEG0 DAM
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
18-inch discharge pipe leading from the dam into Little Muskego
Lake be installed an additional 30 feet in order to assure the
possibilities of lowering the lake level between 6 and 7 feet,
and
WHEREAS, the cost of such additional work shaM be no more than
$3350.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of, Muskego does hereby approve of the recommendation of the
Public Works Committee and does hereby authorize the installation
of an additional 30 feet of 18-inch discharge pipe into Little
Muskego Lake at a cost not to exceed $3350.00
