URGING THE CONSTRUCTION OF MOORLAND ROAD
TO S.T.H. 24
WHEREAS, Moorland Road from S.T.H. 24 northerly through
Waukesha County is on an approved federal aid secondary route,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is in dire need of a north
south connecting road, and
WHEREAS, the construction of these routes on the approved
federal aid secondary system requires the approval of the
Waukesha County Highway Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby urge the Waukesha County Highway
Commission to take whatever steps are necessary to begin the
planning for the construction of Moorland Road from S.T.H. 24
northerly until it meets the existing Moorland Road in the
City of New Berlin.
