ACCEPTING THE LOW BID FOR LIQUID ASPHALT AND
BITUMINOUS ASPHALT FOR 1972 ROAD
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for
liquid asphalt and bituminous asphalt for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the following bids .for road .oils were received:

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low bids Of
Ruper6 Construction and Payne & Dolan be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Rupert Construction Co. to
provide liquid asphalt to the City of Muskego in the amounts listed
above and to Payne & Dolan, Inc. to provide bituminous concrete to
the City of Muskego at the low bid of $6.78 per ton,
