RESOLUTION #86-72
DENIAL OF WIESELMANN CLAIM
WHEREAS, Mr. Donald E. Wieselmann has filed a claim against
the City of Eluskego in the amount of $85.61 for car damage
and towing incurred on January 24, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City's insurance
carrier have recommended denial of the claim,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the claim of Mr. Donald
E. Wieselmann in the amount of $85.61.
