DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOT

e WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas G. Campbell, owner of Lot 14 Block 7, Oak
Ridge, Unrecorded Subdivision, has petitioned the Common
Council of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status to
Lot 14 Block 7, Oak Ridge Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended to the Common Council that said lot be declared
a legal lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of
the City Plan Commission and declares that Lot 14 Block 7,
Oak Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision, is a legal lot, in
accordance with Section 18.28 of Chapter 18 of the Municipal
Code.
