ACCEPTING THE 1972 and 1973 CONTRACT WITH
TEAMSTERS UNION LOCAL #695
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached between the representatives
of certain employees of the Police Department who have chosen
Teamsters Union Local 11695 to represent them and the Finance
Committee of the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the agreement is for the years 1972 and 1973.and has
been approved by the City Attorney,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed agreement between
the City of Muskego and the Teamsters Union Local 11695 repre-
senting certain employees of the Police Department for the
years 1972 and 1973, ,subjec.t. to thq approval of the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of the Finance Committee
of the Common Council are authorized to execute the necessary
agreement in the name of the city.
