RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF LAND To FRANK DeANGELIS
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the recommendation of
the City Plan Commission that the Southerly ten (10) feet of that
certain real estate conveyed by Dorothy Boldt to Frank DeAngelis
and recorded in Certified Survey Maps, Volume 3, page 302, document
8682388, Waukesha County records, be reconveyed to Frank DeAngelis
for the reason that the said ten (10) feet is not required for
highway purposes and was apparently conveyed in error.
