ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER
AND WATER MAINS IN A PORTION OF INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the installation of sewer
and water mains in a portion of the industrial park, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has reconrmended that the low bid
of Superior Kuetenmeyer as listed above be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Superior Kuetenmeyer in
the amount of $33,676.83 for installation of sanitary sewer with
spoil backfill and for the installation of water mains in the amount
of $25,410.40 with spoil backfill.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary docume s in the name of the city.
