ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR GRADING OF A PORTION
OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the grading of a portion
of the industrial park, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
J & A Excavators $ 57,210.00
Wolf Construction 74,750.00 S toehr Grading 78,413.00 James Gyro 121,086.00 S tack Construction 184,500.00
and ,
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bid of J & A Excavators in the amount of $57,210.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the following low bid for the grading
of a portion of the industrial park:

J & A Excavators $ 57,210.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
