ADOPTING THE AMENDED WISCONSIN EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS PLAN
WHEREAS, on March 1, 1971, the State of Wisconsin issued general
change orders to the Wisconsin Operations Survival Plan, and
WHEREAS, state law requires that all communities must have an
Emergency Operations Plan, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego adopted the original plan developed
by the State, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended that the
amended Emergency Operations Plan be adopted by the City of Muskego,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby adopt the amended State of Wisconsin Emergency
Operations Plan along with the general change order #4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
sent to Mr. Robert Williams, Director, Southeast Area Division of
Emergency Government.
