CLARIFYING THE CITY'S INTENT REGARDING
LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR JOSEPH SCHOEDEL
WHEREAS, on September 9, 1970, the Common Council adopted, upon the
recornendation of the Plan Commission, Resolution #186-70, which
designated a parcel of land owned by Joseph Schoedel as a legal
lot, and
WHEREAS, the description of said lot did not provide the correct
legal description, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Council to reaffirm their decision
of September 9, 1970,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recornendation of the Plan Commission
and declare that Lot 32, Block 4, Bay Lawn Subdivision, minus
The easterly 11 feet of Lot 32, Block 4, Bay Lawn
Subdivision No. 2, being a part of the Northeast .Z
of the Southwest 4 and Northwest 4 of the Southeast 4
of Section 11, T5N, Range 20 East, in the City of
Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Building Inspector is hereby
granted permission to issue a Building Permit to the owner of
said lot subject' to compliance of all other ordinances of the
City of Muskego.
