APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUNRISE TERRACE SOUTH
(Town of Vernon)
0 WHEREAS, Sunrise Terrace South, a subdivision located in the
Town of Vernon and within the extra-territorial plat approval
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego has been submitted to the
city for final approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby give approval of the final plat of Sunrise Terrace
South, a subdivision located in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval, be subject to the
condition that the 25' dedication along Crowbqr Road be dedicated
to the City of Muskego for road purposes.
