e RESOLUTION DETERMINING NECESS ITY OF ACQU I R I NG INTEREST
IN LANDS OF GREGORY KOEFERL
WHEREAS, Public necessity demands that sanitary sewers
be installed in various parts of Section 12, Township 5 North, Range
20 East, of the City of Muskego, and that the City acquire the lands
required for the right of way for said sewers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of Muskego, that it is necessary in the public
Interest that the following described right of way be acquired for
the purpose of the construction, operation, use, maintenance and
repair, including reconstruction of sanitary sewers in the City of
Muskego, and that the City acquire the lands required for said purpose
and that the attached Relocation Order with the proper establishing,
laying out and acquiring of said right of way be approved.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Attorney and
the Mayor be hereby authorized and directed to negotiate for the
acquisition of those lands required for the right of way for said
sanitary sewer, and in the event said lands can not be obtained by
negotiation, the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directxl to
take by condemnation those lands required for the right of way for
said sewers.

RELOCATION ORDER
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO FINDS AND
DETERMINES THAT: * The proper establishing, laying out and acquisition of
the necessary right of way upon the lands of Gregory Koeferl
located in Section 12, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, of the City
of Muskego, requires the acquisition of said lands or an interest
in said lands shown on the map or copy thereof, marked sanitary
sewer easement through G. Koeferl property.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO HEREBY ORDERS
THAT:

. (I) The said right of way is laid out and established
to the lines and widths as shown on said map.
(2) The required lands or interest in lands as shown
on the map shall be acquired pursuant to the Wisconsin Statutes.
The property to be taken is described as follows;
All that part of the Northwest t of Section 12, Township
5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows:
Westerly 60 feet of said Northwest Section and
Northerly 60 feet of West 565 feet of said Northwest z

The foregoing Order was passed and issued by the
Common Council of the City of Muskego, the day of
