REmLUTION DETERMINING NECESSITY OF ACQUIRING
I NTEREST IN LANDS OF J. MAHONEY
0 WHEREAS, Public necessity demands that sanitary sewers
be installed in various parts of Section 31, Town 5 North, Range
20 East, of the City of Muskego, and that the City acquire the
lands required for the right of way for said sewers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of Muskego, that it is necessary in the public
interest that the following described right of way be acquired for
the purpose of the construction, operation, use, maintenance and
repair, including reconstruction, of sanitary sewers in the City
of Muskego, and that the City acquire the lands required for said
purpose and that the attached Relocation Order with the proper
establishing, laying out and acquiring of said right of way be
approved.
ANC) BE IT FURTHER RESWED, That the City Attorney and
the Mayor be hereby authorized and directed to negotiate for the
acquisit.ion of those lands required for the right of way for said
sanitary sewer, and in the event said lands can not be obtained by
negotiation, the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to take by condemnation those lands required for the right of way
for said sewers.

RELOCATION ORDER
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO FINDS AND
DETERMINES THAT:
The proper establishing, laying out and acquisition of
the necessary right of way upon the lands of J. Mahoney located
in Section 31, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, of the City of Muskego,
requires the acquisition of said lands or an interest in said lands
shown on the map or copy thereof, marked sanitary sewer easement
through J. Mahoney property.

THE COMMON COUNC I L OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO HEREBY ORDERS
THAT:
(I) The said right of way is laid out and established to
the lines and widths as shown on said map.
(2) The required lands or interest in lands as shown on
the map shall be acquired pursuant to the Wisconsin Statutes.
The property to be taken is described as follows:
All that part of the Northeast + of Section 31, Township 5
North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha
Commencing at the Northst corner of Section 31; thence
South along the East Section line 2242.40 feet to a point;
thence South 8Io 40' West, 300.00 feet to place of beginning;
thence South 81" 40' West, 167.40 feet; thence North 87" 40'
West, 32.60 feet; thence Due North 30.00 feet; thence South
87" 40' East, 32.60 feet; thence North 81" 40' East, 167.40
feet; thence Due South 30.00 feet to place of beginning.
The foregoing Order was passed and issued by the Common
County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
