AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION
OF TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has been studying the
feasibility of the reconstruction of Tess Corners Drive from
Woods Road east to the Milwaukee County Line, and
WHEREAS, they have recommended that the Council approve of
the development of the necessary plans and specifications
by the city's Consulting Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee
to have the necessary plans and specifications prepared for
the reconstruction of Tess Comers Drive from Woods Road
easterly to the Milwaukee County Line.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee is
directed to report its recommendation back to the Common
Council prior to the letting of bids.
