AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR
INSTALLATION OF SEWERS, WATER, ROADS AND
GRADING OF A PORTION OF INDUSTRIAL PARK
e WHEREAS, the Common Council had authorized preparation of plans
and specifications for sewers, water, roads and grading of the
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, those plans are now complete and ready for bidding,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke be authorized to advertise
for this bidding,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering Finn of
Ruekert & Mielke to advertise for bids for the installation of
sewer, water, roads and grading for the Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee is
directed to report its findings back to the Council.
