APPROVAL OF WISCONSIN TELEPHONE COMPANY
EASEMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, a Wisconsin Telephone Company cable which traverses
through the city's Industrial Park has to be moved, and
WHEREAS, it may be necessary that easements be prepared
and executed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute, upon the approval of the City Attorney, the
necessary easements in the name of the city.
