DISAPPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
SUNRISE TERRACE SOUTH
(Town of Vernon)

the extra-territ-
WHEREAS, the subdivision known as Sunrise
located in the Town of Vernon which is in
orial plat approval jurisdiction of the City of Muskego
has been submitted for final approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the final
approval of that plat be denied for the reason that the
plat does not comply with the following sections of the
Wisconsin Statutes :
236.15 (1) 236.15 (2) 236.20 (2) k 236.20 (2) j 236.20 (3) 236.21 (1)
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego does
hereby deny the request for final approval of Sunrise
Terrace South Subdivision in accordance with the recommend-
ation of the Plan Commission, for the reason that the plat
does not comply with the following sections of the Wisconsin
Statutes:
236.15 (1) 236.15 (2) 236.20 (2) k
236.20 (2) j 236.20 (3)(e&f) 236.21 (1)
