DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOT
(Max Hermann)
a WHEREAS, Mr. Max Hermann, owner of Lots 11 and 12, Block 7,
Jewel Crest Subdivision, has petitioned the Common Council
of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status to Lot 12
Block 7, Jewel Crest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended to the Common Council that said lot be declared
a legal lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and declares that Lot 12, Block 7, Jewel Crest
Subdivision, is a legal lot, in accordance with Section
18.28 of Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code.
