APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LINCOLNSHIRE
SUBDIVISION
(As Amended)
e WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at their meeting of September
7, 1971, recommended that the Common Council approve the
final plat of Lincolnshire Subdivision,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of
Lincolnshire Subdivision in the City of Muskego, subject to
the receipt of the necessary sewer and road bonds in an
amount to be determined by Clark Barry and the execution of
an agreement whereby the developer will pay to the city all
inspection costs relating to the installation of sewers.
BE IT FTJRTHER RESOLVED that approval also be subject to
the renaming of the streets in the subdivision which are
similar to existing names of streets within the city. e
