AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT WITH
WISCONSIN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY
(New City Hall - Library)
WHEREAS, the construction of the new city hall and library
is ready for the installation of public utilities, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an easement be granted to the
Wisconsin Electric Power Company for the installation of
electricity to serve that building,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute the necessary easement to the Wisconsin Electric
Power Company for the installation of that utility to serve
the new city hall and library.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such execution be subject to the
approval of the City Attorney and any modification required
by the architects.
