PROCEEDINGS AGAINST LANDS IN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0

WHEREAS, The City in 1971 did install sanitary sewers
in the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the City has not yet obtained a written easement
with respect to the route or the location of said sewers,
