ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR FENCING FOR JENSEN PARK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board had been authorized to
advertise for bids for fencing and backstop for Jensen Park,
and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Lemke Fence $1,675.00 Alt. $277.00
Wisconsin Fence Corp. 1,995.00 U. S. Steel Corp 2,060.00 Century Fence 2,229.00
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the low bid of Lemke Fence
in the total amount of $1,675.00 plu s the alternate of e $277 .OO,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Lemke Fence Company in
the total amount of $1,952.00 which includes the alternate in
the amount of $277.00 for the installation of new fencing and
backstop for Jensen Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary legal documents in the name of the city.
