ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR TWO NEW HIGHWAY
TRUCKS WITH SNOW PLOW AND MATERIAL
SPREADER
e WHEREAS. the Public Works Committee had been authorized to ~~~
advertise for bids for two 1972 highway trucks equipped with
snow plow and material spreader, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

International Harvester Co. - Brookfield $28,842.00
Waukesha Truck Sales (IHC) 28,830.00
Badger Ford Truck 30 , 936.00
Milwaukee Truck Center (Diamond Reo) 31 , 764.00

WHEREAS. the Public Works Committee has recmended that the bid
of International Harvester Company of Brookfield, in the amount
of $28,842.00 be accepted with power emergency brake installed.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of International Harvester
Company of Brookfield in the amount of $28,842.00 be accepted
with power emergency brake installed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
