ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION AGENCY
e WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been advised that a grant
in the amount of $188,330.00 has been offered under the pro-
visions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act for
Project No. WPC-WZS-540, and
WHEREAS, official acceptance of the grant by the Common Council
is necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer of a Federal grant in
the amount of $188,330.00 as provided for under the provisions
of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act for Project No.
WPC-WIS-540.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute
the acceptance form and the insurances contained therein.
