I, Bette J. Bowyer, City Clerk of the City of Muskego,
do hereby certify that on February 14, 1972, the Mayor
of the City of Muskego submitted to this office his
intention to veto Resolution A20-72, entitled, Accepting
Recommdneation of Plan Commission to Schedule Public
Hearing for DeBack-Wallner Property, as adopted by the
Common Council on February 8, 1972.

ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PIAN COMMISSION
To SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING FOR WALLNER-DEBACK
PRDPERTY

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Plan Commission has reviewed the
proposed planned development for the Wallner-DeBack property,
and
e
WHEREAS, they have determined that the general development plan
which has been submitted appears to be appropriate, desirable
and suitable for the area and therefore recommends that a public
hearing be scheduled to consider rezoning this property from
1-2 and RS-3 to RSA with an overlay for planned development,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recormendation of the City Plan Commission, does
hereby accept the recommendation that the Wallner-DeBack Planned
Development appears to be appropriate, desirable and suitable for
the area and is ready for public hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Hearing date for the
above proposed rezoning be set for March 14, 1972, at 7:30 P.M.
