ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE LAND IN
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
(James Blake)
a WHEREAS, Mr. James Blake of Blake Electronics has submitted
an Offer to Purchase a parcel of land in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Blake has tendered $500.00 as earnest money for the
purchase, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the Offer to
Purchase by Mr. Blake be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase of Mr. James Blake
for the following described land in the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park at a price of $6,000.00 per acre for a. total of $18,000.00:
A parcel of land located in the Muskego Industrial
Park, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
described as the Easterly 260 feet of Lot (Measured from
the Westerly line of the adjacent County Trunk High-
way "Y") Block 2, as shown on the preliminary plat of
said Subdivision, also described as the Northwest
corner of Gemini and &cine Avenue
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the city
subject to changes as recommended by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance is subject to changing
of the paragraph relating to financing to read three months instead
of six months. n
