DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TD DRAFT AN
ORDINANCE To AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(Kirkwood)
WHEREAS a petition ,had been filed by Mr. Thomas Skowronski
for the rezoning of Kirkwood Manor and Kirkwood Add. 111
from RS3 OED to RS2, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the above
rezoning,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of
the City Plan Commission, the City Attorney is hereby dr
directed to draft an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance
and Map by changing the zoning of Kirkwood Manor and Kirk-
wood Addition #1 from RS3 OED to RS2.
