CCR1972009RESOLUTION #9-72
AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR NEW
TRACTOR AND MOWER FOR HIGHWAY DEPT.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is in need of another
tractor and industrial type mower for cutting weeds along
roadsides, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee wishes to advertise for
bids for the above, and
WHEREAS monies have been appropriated for this equipment in
the 1972 capital budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee
to advertise for bids for the purchase of a new tractor and
highway mower.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee report
their finding and make their recommendation to the Council.
