STREET RIGHT OF WAY, IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN.
RESOLUT I ON

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of
the following described real estate in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin,
be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street, to-wit:
All that part of Section I, Town 5 North, Range 20 East,
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which consists
of a 60 foot strip of land for a future 124th Street reserve
and lying between the East line of Section I and the lots in
Fountainwood Subdivision, Fountainwood Addition #I, Hale Park
Highlands #3 and Wee Med-o Subidivisbn lots. The 60 foot
strip of land at the East ends of Emerson Drive, Somerset
Drive, Larkspur Road and Woods Road will revert to the City
for future street extensions.
