ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS FOR REGULAR GASOLINE AND
NO. 2 FUEL OIL FOR USE BY THE CITY OF MUSKEGO m WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for regular gasoline and No. 2
fuel oil for use by the City of Muskego, and .a WHEREAS, the following bids for No. 2 fuel oil were received:

Midland Oil Co.
Johnny's Petroleum
E. J. Salentine
Standard Oil Co.

and
WHEREAS, the following bids for regular gasoline were received:

Spaight Oil Co.

.224 Per Gallon
.261 Per Gallon
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bid for regular gasoline from Standard Oil Co. in the amount of
$.211 per gallon be accepted and that the low bid for No. 2 fuel
oil from Spaight Oil Co. in the amount of $.129 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Spaight Oil Co. for No. 2
fuel oil in the amount of S.129 and the low bid of Standard Oil Co.
for regular gasoline in the amount of $.211 (including State Tax)
from January 15, 1972 to January 15, 1973.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk-Comptroller be authorized
to execute the necessary le documents in the name of the city
