WHEREAS the Finance Committee of the City of Muskego has recommended
that the low bid of McCarthy American in the amount
be accepted , of $12,850.00 for five new 1972 model squad cars .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of McCarthy American
in the amount of $12,850.00 for five new 1972
model squad cars.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Comptroller be authorized to
execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the city.
