ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR CITY-OWNED LAND
(Fountainwood Lots)
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for five lots in Fountainwood
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the following bid has been received:
Quality Bilt Construction Co. $ 4,000.00 Each (Sewer
Assessment to be paid by
Quality Bilt Const. Co.)
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Finance Committee that
the above bid is acceptable,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the bid from Quality Bilt Con-
struction Co. for Lot 6 Blk 1, Lot 3 Blk 6, Lot 5 Blk 7, Lot 2
Blk 24 and Lot 2 Blk 25, Fountainwood Subdivision, in the
amount of $4,000.00 each ($20,000.00 Total) with the sewer
assessment to be paid by Quality Bilt Construction Co.
