a APPROVING CONTRACT WITH RUEKERT AND MIELKE To
PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SANITARY SEWER
CONSTRUCTION AND WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS * 'WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is presently under contract with
Ruekert €I Mielke to provide engineering services for water treatment
plants and sanitary sewer construction since 1964, and
WHEREAS, State and Federal funds have been applied for and an up-
to-date contract is required by these agencies, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended renewal of the
agreement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the agreement with Ruekert
& Mielke for engineering services for waste water treatment plants
and sanitary sewer construction,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of the City Attorney,
the City Clerk and Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary
documents in the name of the City.
