APPROVAL TO RAYMOND OTTO FOR FUTURE SEWER INSTALLATION
4 WHEREAS, Mr. Raymond Otto, 818 S. 37th St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
owns an island off of Island Drive and has requested assurance
by the Council that he will be permitted to connect into the
municipal system if and when the laws of the City of Muskego and
the rules of the Department of Natural Resources will permit him
to do so, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the Council
give such assurance,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby declare its intent to permit Mr. Raymond Otto of
818 S. 37th St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the opportunity to connect
into the municipal sewer system should he decide to build a home
on the island owned by him.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this assurance is subject to the 9 compliance of all of the Zoning and Building Code of the City
of Muskego and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Natural Resources of the Stat of Wisconsin. 77
