AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR LATERAL
HOOK-UP IN SEWER DIST. "D"
WHEREAS, laterals to serve Ellsworth Koch at W191 S7691 Racine Ave.
and a residence owned by Dale Van Ooyen, W191 S7608 and W191 57610
Racine Ave. have not been installed, and
WHEREAS, sufficient notice has been given to the owners regarding
this matter, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the City
exercise its authority of Sec. 3 of Ordinance 127, As Amended, and
have the laterals installed, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Comittee has recommended that bids be
advertised for to complete these installations,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Sewer Committee to advertise for
bids to install laterals for Ellsworth Koch and Dale Van Ooyen.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is directed to
review the bids and make their recommendation to the Council.
