GRANTING EASEMENT To JOSEPH EBERLE FOR
SEWER LATERAL INSTALLATION
WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Eberle, owner of Lot 44, Blk 17, Jewel Crest
Subdivision, has requested that the City grant a 10 ft. easement
on a city-owned lot adjacent to his property in order that he
may install a sewer lateral to his home, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended the granting
of said easement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby declare its intent to grant to Mr. Joseph
Eberle of W183 S6598 Jewel Crest Drive, a 10 ft. easement on
the south side of Lot 45 Blk 17, Jewel Crest Subdivision, owned
by the City to facilitate the installation of a sewer lateral.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed to
prepare the necessary easement and that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute the easement in the name of the City.
