AVTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BROOKFIELD
NATIONAL BANK FOR SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
of this Corporation be and he hereby is authorized to lease, by written
lease or leases, from the BROOKFIELD NATIONAL BANK - MUSKGGO BRANCH, a
Safe Deposit Box or Boxes in the name of the City of Muskego, which lease
agreed upon the parties executing the same, and that any persons of the following have access to and the right to remove the contents of any or
all of said Safe Deposit Boxes so rented and have the right to terminate
the lease of any of said Safe Deposit Boxes jointly but not severally at
any one time.
RESOLVED, that any principal officer or assistant principal officer
Jerome J. Gottfried, Mayor Bette J. Bowyer, City Clerk-Comptroller
Jean Sanders, Treasurer
Paul DeAngelis, Assessor
access to said Safe Deposit Box or Boxes and who may terminate any such PURTHER RESOLVED, that the designation of the persons who may have
lease may be changed or amended from time to time by a written instrument,
signed by the Mayor, together with the Clerk-Comptroller, Treasurer and
Assessor of this City, which change or amendment shall become effective
from the time the said instrument is delivered to the Safe Deposit Depart-
ment of the relevant Office of said Bank. * FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing resolution shall remain in full
force and effect until superseded by subsequent resolution of the Common
Council of the City of Muskego or until written notice of its amendment or
rescission shall have been delivered to and accepted by the Safe Deposit
Department of the relevant Office of said Bank, which notice shall be
signed by the Mayor, City Clerk-Comptroller, Treasurer and Assessor of
the City of Muskego.
