AUTHORIZING JAMES CAPE CONSTRUCTION CO.
To COMPLETE THE RECONSTRUCTION OF
GOLD DRIVE
WHEREAS, the extension of Gold Drive would be desirable to
complete the street from Diamond Drive to Lembezeder Drive,
and
WHEREAS, the sewer contractor in the area who has constructed
the first phase of the reconstructed Gold Drive has agreed
to grade the road and remove the brush and stones for the
sum of $3800.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended acceptance
of the offer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer of James Cape Con-
struction Co. Co. to complete the grading of Gold Drive and
remove the stones and brush at a total cost of $3800.00.
